How To Measure Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is a wonderful source of protein boasting approximately 7 grams per 2 tablespoons. It contains good amounts of magnesium, zinc & vitamin B6. Adding just a smidgen to an array of recipes instantly boosts the nutritional value even in a batch of Peanut Butter-Chocolate Football Tartlets.
The Technique
Measuring peanut butter can be sticky business. Use dry measuring cups to capture accurate amounts. Coat the interior with cooking spray, then use a rubber spatula to fill & level evenly by swiping the surface flat.
