How To Create Cheesecake Swirls
Beautiful design elements may be added to a number of basic recipe formulas. Cheesecake batter, in particular, offers a consistency ideal for holding a number of sauces or flavor additions that not only taste good but look appealing. Melted chocolate may be stirred into a small portion of the batter, dolloped over the surface & swirled throughout to create a dessert that only needs to be sliced & served once baked. For a bright, rich color, just a bit of Raspberry Coulis offers a similar effect. Learn how to make an instant garnish in your next cheesecake creation.
