The Technique

Tex-Mex T-Bone-Steak

When a good custom seasoning blend filled with fresh elements such as garlic & oregano is coated over thick, tender beef cuts, it opens the door to enjoying a steak beyond the basic salt & pepper. Tex-Mex Seasoning Blend uses a fair amount of brown sugar which promotes caramelization & allows for an even distribution of the spices including cumin, paprika & crushed red pepper flakes over surfaces. Medium heat is suggested in order to cook this particular steak instead of the typical Medium-High. Expect deep, rich flavor with a sweet yet spicy kick. They pair beautifully with Crispy Baked Potato Wedges & Cheddar-Parmesan Twice Baked Potatoes. Learn how to make a delicious variation your family will love.
