8-oz Basic Rattlesnake Beans
2 Tbsp Pecan Pesto
4 Cherokee purple tomatoes, sliced
4 cooked & crumbled thick-cut bacon slices
1/4 cup toasted pecan halves
A handful of basil leaves & Sweet 100 tomatoes
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper

Toss together the Basic Rattlesnake Beans & the Pecan Pesto in a medium bowl. Arrange the Cherokee purple tomato slices between 4 plates, then top with the dressed beans, the bacon, the pecan halves, the basil leaves & the Sweet 100 tomatoes. Season liberally with kosher salt & freshly ground pepper.
