Lemon-Dill Green Beans
makes 6 servings

1 lb fresh green beans
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Snap the green beans & cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces, then blanch them. Melt the butter in a large sauté pan over Medium-High heat. Add the green beans. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the salt & a smattering of pepper. Stir in the lemon juice, the lemon zest & the dill. Transfer to a serving plater. Serve immediately.
