Grilled Potatoes
Grilled Potatoes With Sour Cream are simple to make a pair beautifully with many beef cuts including Tex-Mex T-Bone Steaks, Rosemary-Garlic Ribeye Steaks & Pan-Seared New York Strip Steaks. Partially cooking the potatoes in advance will have them ready quickly as they require less time over the grate. Grilled Potatoes With Sour Cream
makes 4 servings
2 {7-oz} russet potatoes
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
Sour cream
Slice the potatoes in half, lengthwise & place cut side up on a glass plate. Microwave on High power 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from the microwave & brush with the oil. Combine the salt, the paprika & a smattering of pepper in a ramekin. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes. Brush a little oil over the grate, then preheat the grill. Grill the potatoes over Medium-High heat 4 to 5 minutes or until grate marks appear & the potatoes are fork tender. Serve with sour cream.

How To Make Grilled Potatoes
The secret to grilling potatoes is making certain they are partially cooked before going onto the grill. Slicing them first will produce a clean cut. Use a freshly sharpened chef knife to complete the task. As far as the seasoning is concern, a wide variety of herb & spice combinations will work well. Paprika not only adds good flavor to the potatoes but also wonderful color. Experiment with different items for exciting new taste.
