Flat Iron Steak With Chimichurri is an effortless main dish ideal to serve anytime. The flavorful herb condiment comes together fast when a food processor is used. Flat Iron Steak With Chimichurri

makes 2 servings

3/4 lb flat iron steak {about 1/3-inch thick}
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt 
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Chimichurri

Let the beef stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to Medium-High {350-400 degrees}. Meanwhile, brush the oil over the steak, then coat both sides with the salt & the pepper. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side for a Medium doneness or until your desired temperature has been reached. Remove the steak from the grill & transfer to a cutting board. Prepare the Chimichurri as directed. Slice the beef against the grain using a freshly sharpened carving knife. Serve with the Chimichurri.
