Most heirloom deviled egg plates are dishwasher safe so cleaning these gems are easy. Their general design offers a good way to use the platter during preparations & then it may be chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Place the hard-cooked egg white shells in the compartments of an heirloom deviled egg plate. Fill a disposable pastry bag with the yolk mixture. Snip the end of the bag about an inch from the bottom & add a round pastry tip, if desired. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish, if desired, before serving.
