The New Collection Of Chocolate Summer Desserts

A sweet collection of petite-sized morsels make a fun summer dessert that is ideal to serve for Father’s Day & many other festive celebrations. Miniature Bittersweet Chocolate Tartlets may be prepared using Buttermilk Pate Sucree that is fit into tiny tin molds, baked, then filled with approximately 1 tablespoon of Bittersweet Chocolate Pastry Cream. This same recipe formula may also double as a rich, decadent chocolate pudding by portioning 3 tablespoons into shot glasses, then topping with Chantilly Cream & Chocolate Curls. One recipe will yield approximately 9 miniature servings. To complete the offering, Miniature Chocolate Chip Cookies may be portioned from your favorite dough using a 2 teaspoon-size ice cream disher, then flattened before baking until set. Be certain to drop in tomorrow for one of my best cookie recipes to use for this collection in particular.

Using a vegetable peeler, hold the edge of a milk chocolate candy bar wearing disposable gloves over a cutting board. This will prevent fingerprints from transferring to the chocolate for a neater appearance. Swipe the peeler over the surface until the desired amount has been collected. The chocolate will be delicate so use a wooden pick to place over desserts.
