Invest in a good mill specifically designed to grind the peppercorns in a variety of sizes. The smaller setting delivers a fine misting of spice to flavor softer textured foods including salad dressingsmashed potatoes, grits & rice. Use the larger setting to highly season large cuts of beef from beef tenderloin to Pan-Seared New York Strip Steaks. The grains will impart bold notes over the surface & carry the flavor throughout the portions once sliced for serving.
