BBQ-Bacon Cheeseburgers

Cheeseburgers may be built with all sorts of delicious toppings & those with cheese & bacon tend to be favorites. Swiss, Cheddar & Pepper Jack make for interesting choices & when it comes to the onions, consider caramelizing them or pickling for more complex taste notes. Look to The Basics: How To Cook Bacon to achieve super crisp slices whist avoiding over browning them. For the condiments, barbecue sauce, Homemade Ketchup, Hot Moonshine Mustard & Classic Aioli are wonderful items to use for a finishing touch. Learn how to make BBQ-Bacon Cheeseburgers & plan to serve them for any end of summer celebration.

How To Grill Classic Hamburgers

Although seasoned hamburger patties may be cooked indoors, it’s always best to grill them when possible in order to achieve the very best flavor. Do not walk away from the grill when preparing them with an 80% ground beef– my preference for making Classic Hamburgers as there will be a few flare ups during the cooking process that should be addressed as they occur. Have a cup of water handy to keep any flames at bay. I think you will find their juicy flavor to be wonderfully delicious for your efforts.
