How To Make Bourbon-Mustard Vinaigrette

Vinaigrettes are some of the most versatile combinations of flavors that may be prepared with a variety of pantry staples. Fresh ingredients such as shallots, garlic, scallions & herbs tend to bring them to life. Once made, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Whisk vigorously before using.

Usually oils are added in a slow, steady stream to ensure they will emulsify & slightly thicken the dressing. However, when viscous elements are featured in salad dressings such as honey & stone ground mustard, all of the components may be added to the bowl, then blended to combine unlike most traditional methods.
