How To Make Chocolate Sauce In The Microwave
A microwave offers quick solutions in the kitchen when time is short. Although it’s not recommended for many procedures as texture & even cooking throughout foods may be compromised, it does become a valuable tool when simple tasks need to be achieved. Look for visual cues to guide you when making chocolate sauce in the microwave.
The Technique
The main point to know when preparing chocolate sauce in the microwave is that the mixture will hold more heat than you may think. It should be heated & stirred in bursts to prevent it from scorching. The last bit of time in the microwave should have a few bits of chocolate dispersed throughout that have not been melted yet. Use a whisk to smooth the sauce.
