From September through November, the pecan harvest is underway & just in time for some of our favorite recipe applications. Arrange 1 cup pecan halves on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes or until fragrant. Cool completely. Use as directed in recipe preparation.
