How To Navigate The Chicken To Prepare Hot Wings
Hot wings hail as a No. 1 contender when it comes to tailgating snacks.
Follow my pointers & get ready to make this classic fan-favorite tailgating nibble.
The Technique
When selecting the chicken wings, use the weight as your guide as drummettes & flats come in all sorts of sizes. The recipe works well with just drumettes generally packaged & ready for dredging but you can certainly purchase regular wings that can be prepped for the recipe. Simply cut at the joint for a drumette & a flat. Discard the wing tip.
