A party favor is a lovely way to send guests on there way after a fun get together & you can create a little magic with a simple packet of garden seeds. Replicate some of the fresh herbs & vegetables served in the recipes at the event to leave a lasting impression. Pick up a stack of bulk cards & envelopes from the craft store & plan to make this adorable idea that comes together quickly. Follow my effortless instructions below.

Begin a simple word document on the computer.
Create two columns on the page. 
Choose a font style & size. Type the herb & vegetable seeds you wish to feature.
Select the option to add an outside border under the tables tab.
Choose the style your prefer best.

Center the seed name within the border. Add several spaces above the border.
Add a few lines for instructions & a personal message below the name.
Four garden seed packet templates will fit on a single piece of paper.
Print the page & cut the seed packet title cards with scissors.
Tape to the center of standard-size envelopes.

Create 1 1/2-inch circles from card stock with a craft punch.
Sketch a simple design of the vegetable or herb on the rounds.
Attach to the seed packet title cards with tape.

Slip commercial seed packets into the decorative envelopes.

Garden Seed Packet Party Favors 2.0

Take the idea one step further.
Remove the seeds from the original packaging.
Place them in small clear bags. Add the name of the seeds on a tag.
Secure the bag closed with tape or a staple.

Jot down the instructions for the seeds on the front of the envelope.
Include water, sun & other valuable requirements needed to thrive.
Slip the seeds in the envelope.
