The bright color varieties chrysanthemums offer make them ideal to use when hosting friends in your home or under the the tent for football party festivities. Pom Pom Mum Bouquets are designed to liven up tables by creating groupings throughout to really make an impact. Begin by choosing plants in your school colors then gather several clear shot glasses with clean lines. Snip five or six stems from them & pinch together tightly. Secure the cluster by wrapping some very thin twine just under the blooms & secure with a knot then cut away the extra. The flowers will cover the twine. Place the blooming poofs in shot glass or scatter a few around tables if the party is to be held indoors as they will remain full for several hours. They’re a charming addition to kitchen sinks, vanities & bar areas or scattered about stacks of plates, napkins & flatware.
