Hamburger Seasoning Blend

There are many ways to add simple flavor to ground beef that will be used to make hamburger patties. Hamburger Seasoning Blend is a straightforward combination of common pantry ingredients that may be prepared quickly & used anytime grilling these summertime favorites. The flavor is neutral enough to use with a wide variety of cuisines without compromising or overpowering the overall finished creation. It begins with kosher salt as the basic foundation as the grains are large making it a cinch to sprinkle directly over formed patties. Freshly ground black pepper, a smattering of paprika & a pinch of ground red pepper round out the combination that may be used with beef, chicken & pork. Beyond burgers, chicken breasts, pork ribs & pork shoulder benefit tremendously from the combination with little effort.
