Traditional Refried Pinto Bean Burritos

makes 4 servings

4 {8-inch} warm Homemade Flour Tortillas
1 cup warm Traditional Refried Pinto Beans
1/4 cup freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp minced poblano peppers 
Salsa Roja
Garnishes: Sour cream & poblano peppers

 Place the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Portion the Traditional Refried Pinto Beans in the center & on the bottom third of each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese & the peppers. Fold the bottom portion of the flour tortilla over the filling ingredients. Next, fold the sides towards the center. Roll the burritos to encase & secure the ingredients. Serve the burritos with Salsa Roja. Garnish, if desired.
