Buttered Pecan Maple Syrup
Flavored syrups are simple to prepare elevating pancakes & waffles with just a handful of ingredients. Buttered Pecan Maple Syrup features a rich, toasty taste & takes a few minutes to blend together. Pair them with a selection of additional morning staples including Crisp Bacon, Country Ham, Stone Ground Grits, Scrambled Eggs or Sunny Side Up Eggs.
Buttered Pecan-Maple Syrup
makes about 1 1/2 cups
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/4 cup melted butter
Stir together all of the ingredients.

How To Toast Pecans
Toasting pecans ahead adds an extra layer of depth to recipes.
Any time it’s included in the process, do not over look this key step.
The Technique
Arrange 1 cup pecan halves on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes or until fragrant.
Cool completely. Use as directed in recipe preparation.
