When a few quick moves are put into play, they can become something so much more tasty. Smoked pulled pork has long been a staple served over buns but try adding it to some of your craveable southwestern go tos. House Barbecue Quesadillas With Championship Caviar are so easy to make & a real crowd pleaser. Follow my tips for keeping a batch warm so serving everyone at once is flawless.
House Barbecue Quesadillas With Championship Caviar
makes 4 servings
The Basic Fundamentals
Smoked chicken makes a delicious substitution. Serve with Homemade Salsa & Zesty Chipotle-Ranch Sauce to sail them into the zone.
2 {9.2-oz} packages flour tortillas
1 {8-oz} package shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
2 cups shredded & chopped Sweet Chili-Lime Smoked Pork Shoulder
Cooking spray
Championship Caviar
Toppings: Grape tomatoes & Sliced jalapeños
Layer each tortilla evenly with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup Sweet Chili-Lime Smoked Pork Shoulder & an additional flour tortilla. Cook the tortillas, in batches, in a lightly greased large skillet over Medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Before flipping the quesadillas, coat the tortillas with a quick sweep of additional cooking spray. Cut into wedges. Serve with the Championship Caviar & toppings, if desired.

The quesadillas are equally delicious with Buttermilk-Herb Barbecue Sauce & Pico de Galo.

How To Keep Quesadillas Warm
When preparing these irresistible appetizers for guests, it’s a cinch to keep them at the proper temperature. Follow these pointers for success in your own kitchen.
The Technique
Prepare the quesadillas as directed. Place on a wire rack over a half sheet pan. Slide the pan into a 200 degree oven. Add each quesadilla to the pan after browning in the skillet. To save time, use a pancake griddle so that several quesadillas can be cooked at once. Slice & serve.
