Place the wings in a single layer on a wire rack over a half sheet pan. Pat both sides of each wing dry with paper towels. Refrigerate uncovered for 4 hours or overnight. Preheat the grill to Medium-High heat, about 350 to 400 degrees. Rub the chicken with the BBQ Wing Seasoning. Coat the wings directly with non-stick cooking spray. Grill over direct heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning often. Brush 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture over the wings. Cook an additional 5 minutes. How To Measure Brown Sugar
Properly measuring ingredients for recipe applications is ideal for successful results. Follow these tips & apply them when preparing recipes that call for it.
The Technique
Sugar acts as a spreading agent in recipes so it’s important that it is measured properly for use in recipe applications. Pack brown sugar in measuring cups. The back of a smaller cup pressed tightly over the surface will help get the job done quickly. Use a butter knife to swipe over the surface for a level, even measurement.
