makes 6 servings

2-lbs Brussel sprouts, trimmed
2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp Lemon-Thyme Compound Butter
Freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the Brussel sprouts in half & toss them with the salt in a large bowl. Pour the Brussel sprouts onto the pan. Position them cut side down. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. Remove the Brussel sprouts from the oven & gently loosen with a small palate knife. Place them in a bowl & toss with the Lemon-Thyme Compound Butter. Transfer to a serving platter. Season with additional salt & freshly ground pepper, if desired.
