makes 1 1/4 cups

1 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp kosher salt

Microwave the chocolate & the butter in a medium glass bowl on High power 30 seconds. Stir the mixture. Cook an additional 15 to 30 seconds. Stir until melted & smooth. Whisk in the powdered sugar, the cocoa powder, the cinnamon & the salt. Cool 10 minutes before using.
